1. Who Gulsabi is for

- AI Buddy or voice companion features, if launched.

We may add, change, pause, suspend, or remove any feature, in whole or in part, at any time and at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability to you.
3. No account required for basic games
Basic Gulsabi games may be playable without creating an account.
Some future features, such as parent controls, saved progress, waitlists, or AI Buddy, may require a parent account or parent consent.
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
You must not create an account using someone else’s details.
4. Parent dashboard previews
Some parts of the website may show sample parent dashboard screens.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, preview dashboards are for demonstration only. They may not save real settings or real child information.
5. AI Buddy and voice features
Gulsabi may later offer an AI Buddy or voice-based companion.
If launched, the AI Buddy is intended to support child-friendly curiosity, stories, rhymes, quizzes, and simple explanations.
The AI Buddy must not be used for:
- Medical advice.
- Legal advice.
- Emergency help.
- Mental health diagnosis.
- Financial advice.
- Adult topics.
- Unsafe instructions.
- Sharing private personal information.
Parents must supervise use of AI Buddy features.
AI-generated responses may sometimes be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. Parents should guide children and check important answers.
6. Educational use only
Gulsabi content is for general learning, curiosity, and entertainment.
It is not professional advice.
You should not rely on Gulsabi as a replacement for:
- Parents or guardians.
- Teachers.
- Doctors.
- Counsellors.
- Emergency services.
- Qualified professionals.
7. Safe use rules
You agree not to:
- Hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the website.
- Copy, sell, or misuse Gulsabi content.
- Reverse engineer games, code, or systems.
- Upload harmful files, malware, or spam.
- Try to access private systems or data.
- Use Gulsabi for unlawful purposes.
- Use Gulsabi to harm children or other users.
- Submit false, offensive, unsafe, or private information.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.

Gulsabi, Gulsabi World, the Gulsabi character, Curio S22, logos, artwork, designs, stories, videos, games, music, sounds, text, names, and related materials belong to Pixnut Media Private Limited or its licensors.
You may use Gulsabi only for personal, family, and non-commercial use.
You may not copy, publish, edit, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works from Gulsabi materials without our prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Pixnut Media Private Limited and its licensors. Using Gulsabi does not give you any ownership of, or licence to, our content, characters, or brand beyond normal personal use of the website.
10. User messages and submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions, questions, ideas, or messages, you give us permission to read, respond to, and use them to improve Gulsabi.
Do not send confidential business ideas, private child information, or content that you do not want us to see.
You confirm that anything you send to us does not violate the rights of another person.
11. Downloads and printables
If Gulsabi offers printable worksheets, colouring sheets, or downloadable files, you may use them for personal, home, or classroom use unless stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixnut Media Private Limited and Gulsabi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

- AI-generated responses, if AI Buddy is launched.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, if we are ever found liable to you despite the above, our total combined liability for all claims relating to Gulsabi will not exceed the amount you actually paid us to use the service in the twelve months before the claim — which, for our free features, is zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any rights you may have as a consumer.
16. Indemnity
If you misuse Gulsabi or violate these terms, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses caused by your misuse, to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not apply to children in a way that is prohibited by law.

- Is misusing child-focused features.
